I forgot to enter a discount code at checkout. How now?
All discount codes must be entered prior to checking your cart out. Once you've completed the purchase, discount codes can't be applied to it.
If you forgot to apply the code, price adjustments/refunds/credits will not be issued. If you're having trouble checking out with a discount code, please contact us before carting out.
How are your sizings like?
Please ensure that you follow our size guide for a good fit as all pups are different in sizes, shape and weight.
Our sizings and fit are also different from other brands on the market, so do not use that as a comparison or gauge.

Where is my order?
Kindly ensure that you've given sufficient time for your parcel to reach you. Local deliveries can take up to 7 days and international deliveries may range from 3-8 weeks. Unforeseen delays may also occur during busy periods.
You can also track your parcels with the tracking number that was provided to you in the email that was sent to you when your order was shipped.
